Learn Pilates: Classic Mat – Beginner to Advanced

If you’re a beginner, it’s a good idea to start with a mat class. Mat classes are a great way to learn the fundamentals of Pilates, such as neutral spine position, proper breathing, and core engagement. You can advance to harder exercises once you’ve mastered the fundamentals.

Here are the benefits of learning Pilates:
